SHIPPING POLICY

The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL shipping policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 24 hours & ideally shipped the next day. Orders are not dispatched or delivered on Sundays or local holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow 3-5 additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via e:mail or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

DOMESTIC - Shipping charges are free for deliveries within India. All our domestic dispatches are handled by WareIQ Logistics Pvt Ltd.

Orders/products for exchange will be picked up within 48hrs upon first order receipt time, free of shipping cost.

Shipping charges for any additional exchanges will be borne by you.

 

INTERNATIONAL - Shipping charges are calculated based on zone/region & final weight, per current rates. International dispatches are handled by iThink Logistics.

Be advised that due to the current world situation, our current shipping rates applied at checkout INCLUDE surcharges for USA, UK & Canada.

Delivery leadtimes are as follows....

USA+ Canada: 12-15days

Europe: 10-14days

Middle East: 7-10days

Far East: 7-12days

Oceania: 15-20days
