Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Or, you may choose the option of buying Store Credit, which will be valid for a period of 1(one) year, from the date of purchase.

Orders/products for exchange will be picked up within 48hrs upon first order receipt time, free of shipping cost.

Shipping charges for any additional exchanges will borne by you.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at info87Store@87store.in  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EU & International Returns — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day period by contacting us at info87Store@87store.in or via WhatsApp/phone at +91 8448858552 before returning any item. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Items must be returned in original condition with tags and packaging intact. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, issued as store credit or original payment method as applicable.

This right does not apply to customised or personalised items.
